To ensure customer satisfaction, GPL will set up the following: Identify a main contact for handling all customer requirements, the contact person will be an experienced member that will manage all requirements, besides sending customer a company directory for smoother communication among all aspects (Sales, Freight operations, Customs clearance operations, finance and management). GPL will setup email notifications through email to alert nominated individuals on shipment status. GPL will provide customized timely reports upon customer requirements for further KPI’s analysis. GPL will schedule regular business review to meet and discuss performance and any other relevant issue.
